Just after 1:30pm a fire at 28 Steadman street downtown Moncton in this apartment building, Fire started from a candle burning in a open window and the wind blew the curtains onto the flame of the candle and went up in flames. Moncton Fire Department responded fast and had the fire out in no time. Firefighters went through every floor of the apartment building to make sure everything was ok . Steadman street was blocked off and Codiac RCMP were on scene . A woman that lived in the apartment was quite upset , and there were no injuries. An apartment fire just west of the Knoxville Square saw a quick response from emergency crews and no injuries Thursday morning. The cause of the fire is currently unknown. Knoxville Fire, Knoxville Rural, Knoxville Police Department, Marion County Emergency management Coordinator Jeff Anderson and the Red Cross all responded to the scene. Roberts says the apartment where the fire started has severe smoke and water damage, while the owner of the apartment was still trying to be located. Roberts says after the fire was put out, crews began clearing debris from the scene and are continuing their investigation.

At 0715 hrs Bethlehem transmitted a box for apartment fire at 705 Dakota Street just off of Cherokee Street. Engine 1 and Ladder 1 arrived and found heavy fire showing from the upper floors of a duplex. A second alarm was struck. Engine 1 and Ladder 1 stretched numerous hand lines and initially hit the fire with Engine 1′s deck gun.

Center Street House Fire 3.12.09 in Reno, NV part 1 I was on my way to see the dentist and found this event occurring. No one was hurt but the cause of the fire is still unknown
