This fire near UW (the University of Waterloo, Canada) started around 5:30am at 140 University Ave West on April 22, 2010. The fire consumed Mel’s Diner, Scotia Bank, Mr. Sushi, University Vision Centre, Sugar Mountain, and Tabu Nightclub. Caesar Martinis appears to have been protected by a fire wall. My roommate filmed this clip after 6am from our apartment on Lester St. Big thanks to the fire department workers, and condolences to the affected business owners and employees — I hope everyone recovers okay.
