Part 3 of 3. In this final Arbuckle/Keaton collaboration for the Comique Film Company Roscoe and Buster operate a combination garage and fire station. In the first half they destroy a car left for them to clean. In the second half they go off on a false alarm and return to find their own building on fire.

While checking out a fire in Lake Station that I had missed a dark header was visible just south of Ridge Rd and I-65 then Gary toned out for a reported still alarm at 1331 East 50th Place. It was quite evident there was a working fire from where I was. Engine 5 being first on scene advised of a working fire in an attached garage to a 2 story frame dwelling. Thankfully there was a hydrant right by the fire and a water source was established. Multiple lines were stretched and the fire was brought under control without injuries. One exposure suffered damage and nobody was in the original fire building.

During a rainy Friday evening WFD was dispatched to a reported garage fire with multiple calls. Truck 3631 made the response but was recalled as we approached the scene. It ended up being a working car fire next to the garage and the Egypt station made a nice stop, so there was no need for the truck.
