Shortly before midnight on 3/20, a vehicle crash over an embankment occurred resulting in a vehicle fire. Fire and EMS were dispatched to the scene and a Medivac helicopter was ordered to be placed on standby as the type of injuries were not yet known. Picture was poor because it was pitch black with no street lights near this location. This recording was made from my front porch.

**Sound Warning** **Turn your speakers/headphones down…it gets loud!** Lucky, lucky catch. Just happened to be walking past the Fire Department/Paramedics station tonight. The voice on the speaker is roughly saying “Ambulance needed at ….blah blah…railway station”…and that’s all I could catch. …and yes, that is the Ambulance talking… (everything talks in Japan!)
