i think i pulled my hamstring doing a toe touch the other day at cheerleading practice and i can barely sit or walk or anything of that sort…. do you need to see a doctor about it or do u just go on with your life?

it is very much possible . even i got it many times. best thing to do is to simply relaxing in the same position(preferably not either stretching or tottly folding) and just trust on time..
for permanent solutions , simply do streching excesises to thigh regions.
