@irons22man Ok. thank you Sir!
@XfireexplorerX Are Chiefs wear White Helmets, Captains wear red, Lieutenants wear blue, and firefighters wear black helmets. The blue is for a LT.
whats the ranking of the guy with the blue helmet?
I see there is a sugar britches on the crew.
@tablechair99 ATTA BOY I LIKE THE WAY YOU THINK……SHE CAME BE ON SCENE AS LONG AS ITS IN AN AMBO HAHAHA

I see the guys had to take a woman along with them.SUXS FOR THEM!!!!!
@BRFFD14
Yea. Not too long ago we were doing this one game(for fun, since we’re only cadets) where we have to find a dummy that they hid somewhere in the firehouse(it could be under the trailer on a wall or under a rig lol), but we had to have our nomex(sp?) hoods over our faces so we couldn’t see. It wasn’t easy at all lol. More fun though right?
@RBFF123 she’s probably texting all of her friends…OMG I’m going to a house fire!!!….I agree with you..if you’re going to a working fire, there are better things to be worrying about such as planning for your assignment and listening to the radio for updates.
@GreenBlaze75 in a average fire, you would be lucky to be able to see your hand if you held it in front of your face
Don’t you know that what NFPA names a rule is always the harder way to do things. Never the easy way out. Either way the fire gets put out.
0:33 GET OFF YOUR CELL PHONE. Tell your friends you can’t go to the mall. Someones house is burning and your on your cell phone not worrying about what you need to get in order to fight this house fire. Omg my officer would have a cow if he saw us on our phones on the way to a working fire.
Why in the hell did it take them so freaking long to get in ther and knock that fire down? That was a little piss ant fire. A lot of smoke but very little fire. Its called getting aggressive, you can still be very safe but be aggresive. Thats what firefighting is all about.
what are you using for a helmet cam? how big is it and whats the cost?
My chief thinks that NFPA is the bible and has shoved all this crap down our dept. throats. He finally got his chance to assume command on a call in fire at a local church, needles to say the church is no longer with us thanks to our wonderful chief and all his bright ideas. This guy had never been in charge of a fire scene before, he went from inspector to chief, he also took a 27yr old firefighter with a 1 1/2 yrs. on and promoted him to training officer.
I know….but still. Just like to see it done right by at least one person.
come on man, thats a little bit of nit picky.
not too many, but do it right or dont do it at all.
Name a fire company that follows every NFPA Rule!
I noticed none of them got off the rig backwards….per NFPA rules…
sounds cool =]
