House fire FCII helmet cam interior firefighting, Frederick Maryland Part 1
Dispatched as a vehicle fire with extension into the house. As you see in the video, there is a good amount on extension. This cam is a great tool to use for critiques of any type call and great for training. A great job on the call with stopping the fire I think. There was only 1200 gallons of water used on the whole fire. Let me know what you think. Part 1.

Yeah man im sure you are a “NYC” firefighter as you say, when i know though, that a real firefighter from new york would put it as FDNY. And even if you are i dont care man. im currently a volunteer but i am also in a fire academy right now and about to enroll with HFD. But even when im a career firefighter i will respect volunteers because they have the heart to do it for the job NOT the money. dont talk out your ass man because you are the kind of person who gives the fire service a bad name.

People like you are what make the fire service not look good in some cases…volunteers do the SAME EXACT JOB AS YOU….you are no different. i dont care what fire school you have been to…at least volunteers have the drive and passion to do the job…where assholes like you are lazy and dont take it serious…shove that attitude right up your lazy ass…

Yeah next time I won’t turn the light on and it shouldn’t be so blurry. I think you are mistaken though, I was not freelancing, I was the unit officer and was assigned division 2 by the interior officer. I did enter the house by myself because I had a issue with my regulator and was just a little slower then the rest of my crew.
it looked like it was going to be a good video at the beginning but then it went blurry. try again. and i may be mistaken but it looked to me like you were freelancing, it looks like you went into the structure by yourself and then just found some other FF’s along the way.

There in no video that can be used for training. Possibly you can use the audio portion for a communications critique.
