House Fire And Reported Explosion In Gary Indiana
Crews were dispatched to a reported still alarm at 7201 west 25th ave, while en route reports came in that the house “blew” On arrival a fully involved house was found and Battalion 8 immediately requested Lake Ridge with a tanker for water supply. Crews made an aggressive interior attack until they ran out of water. Lake Ridge arrived on scene shortly after to supply crews with much needed water. The fire was brought under control, one Firefighter suffered minor injuries.
